POLICE are asking witnesses to a serious collision in Redditch to come forward.
The incident happened on the A441 Bordsley Lane, Redditch, on Friday, May 29, at around 12:45pm.
A red Citreon C4 travelling along the A441 from the roundabout heading towards Alvechurch and a blue Skoda Octavia travelling from the opposite direction onto the same roundabout, were in collision.
The driver of the Citreon C4, a 65-year-old man, is currently in a critical condition and being treated at Worcester Royal Hospital.
The driver of the Skoda Octavia, a 31-year-old man, received minor injuries to his to his shoulder and chest. These were treated at the Worcester Royal Hospital and are not thought to be life threatening.
West Mercia Police ask anyone who witnessed the collision, or the circumstances leading up to it, to call 101, quoting incident 237S of Friday, May 29.
