THE Plant Hunters’ Fair will return to Bewdley’s Arley Arboretum this weekend after several years absence.

Nurseries from around the country will be visiting the arboretum on Saturday, July 4, for the event, which organisers are promising to be a sparkling event.

Janet Blow, of Plant Hunters’ Fair, said: “We fell in love with Arley Arboretum on our first visit – the peace enfolds you and the scenary enthrals you – it’s a magical place.

“So we are really thrilled to return to this lovely place for a brand new Plant Hunters’ Fair on Saturday.

“As an added attraction, Dr Steve Reynolds will be holding his famous “What’s up Doc?”drop-in plant problems clinic at the event. You can bring your flower, vegetables, shrub and tree problems for Steve’s expert advice.”

Tickets for the fair are half standard price entry of £2.50 for adults and £1 for children.

The fair is open from 11am to 5pm and there is free parking.
