ARE you passionate about singing?

Bridge Youth Singers is about to embark on another term of music making and is after new members, aged eight to 18, to join its successful group.

Specialising in outstanding harmony singing, the group performs at a wide variety of venues and sing music that spans hundreds of years and several genres - from classical music with professional orchestras to jazz, pop, and even TV themes.

Leader Emily Tyrrell, said: "Bridge Youth Singers are the friendliest group of young people you could ever meet. They always make new members feel very welcome. When they perform, I always have people coming to tell me how impressed they are. They sing complicated music (sometimes adult arrangements) and make it look so easy.

"There must be more talented young singers out there who would love to come along."

Bridge Youth Singers meet on Fridays (during term time) from 4.30 to 5.45pm at St Luke's Memorial Hall in Headless Cross.

The first two weeks are free but normally it costs £4 per session, which includes a drink and snack.
