A BUSINESS in Bromsgrove's town centre has relocated to another premises, as a result of 'problems' caused by the new Waitrose development.
J. Turner & Associates , which specialises in structural design works, has moved to St John's House from its premises opposite the old Market Hall site, after experiencing car parking issues, before the store has even opened.
Antony Bartlam, managing director of J. Turner & Associates, said: "Our move occurred because of the issues with parking and the Waitrose development over the road which will take all the long stay parking spaces from this end of town.
“We looked at various options but wanted to stay local so the new premises were ideal. We only moved from next door but that had no parking and was on a first floor, so access was difficult.”
It's new home provides six car parking spaces and, Mr Bartlam homes, will allow the company to expand.
