ANYONE worried about their hearing can attend the first quarterly advice session set to be held at Kinver Community Library.

The Action on Hearing Loss drop-in facility is completely free and confidential, and includes a simple hearing screening test, or simply just a cup of tea and a chat with one of the national charity’s experienced advisers.

During the session on Thursday April 27, from 10.30am until 1.30pm, visitors can discuss challenges such as having to turn up the television, difficulties in coping with background music, or anything that impacts their quality of life.

Katherine Dixson, the library’s community relationships administrator, said: “We are pleased that Action on Hearing Loss has chosen to offer this valuable service on our premises, and our volunteers look forward to welcoming them.”
