AN elderly man who was hit by a car on Stourbridge ring road on Friday has died in hospital.

Michael Dudok, 91, from Stourbridge, was hit by a car on New Road at around 12.25pm on Friday (September 22).

He was treated at the scene by paramedics, but despite their best efforts, he later died in hospital.

The driver stopped at the scene and has been assisting police with their investigations.

PC Kate Hall, from West Midlands Police's Collision Investigation Unit, said: "I am keen to hear from anyone who was in the area at the time and witnessed the collision who hasn't already spoken to us."
