AN award-winning fish and chip shop is celebrating 40 years of providing its prized food to Stourbridge residents with a birthday sale today (Tuesday, September 26).
Oldswinford Fish and Chips, which made the final of the 2017 National Fish and Chip Awards, is marking the anniversary of its Hagley Road shop by slashing prices on some of its food.
Zach Ioannou, co-owner, said: “As our customers have been so loyal to us over the past 40 years, we thought we would show our gratitude with a half price spectacular.”
The shop will be selling their fish and chips for 50 per cent of the usual price from 4.30pm until 9.30pm today.
