THE Royal Wedding is nearly upon us. 

This Saturday Prince Harry and Meghan Markle will marry in Windsor. 

It's fair to say wedding fever hasn't gripped Herefordshire yet. Here is what is happening in Herefordshire to celebrate the union:

  • The Kupcake Kitchen Café in Union Street, Hereford, will host a garden party with cupcakes featuring the happy couple’s faces. Guests at the party will feast on the café’s bespoke cupcakes, drink tea and sip champagne as they watch the couple exchange vows 150 miles away in Windsor. 
  • Street party at Holmer Manor Close in Hereford.
  • De Koffie Pot at The Left Bank, Hereford. From 11.30am the wedding will be shown on the big screen in the Courtyard with coffee, cakes, pimms and prosecco.
  • Labels Shopping Centre, Ross-on-Wye. May 18 to 20 from 11am to 3pm, Aftenoon Tea including a royal cupcake. This will be available in the café where the ceremony will be on the café’s TV.
  • St Martin's Church will be holding a Royal Wedding Tea Party on Saturday from 11 am to 2pm watching the event live on a large screen in the Parish Rooms, 89 Ross Road, HR2 7RJ.  All welcome
