A MAN was taken to hospital following a crash which saw a van flip onto its side in Kidderminster this morning (December 15).
Police and ambulance services were called to to reports of a single vehicle collision in Stakenbridge Lane, at around 10.20am on Friday.
A West Midland Ambulance Service said: "Call was to reports of a pick-up truck on its side - with one patient walking wounded.
"A 29-year-old male's van had turned on side and spun around. He had got himself out of the vehicle and was walking upon the arrival of the ambulance.
"He was complaining of muscular pain in both shoulders and was taken to Russells Hall Hospital, in Dudley, as the nearest A&E.
"A single ambulance was dispatched."
A spokesman from West Mercia Police added: "It involved a silver Ford Transit, which was on its side.
"Ambulance also attended and a man was taken to hospital."
Stakenbridge Lane with the junction of Stoney Lane was closed while emergency services were at the scene.
