TWO comedians who are familiar faces on TV are making an appearance at a Bromsgrove theatre later this month.

James Acaster is known for his whimsical rabbiting but recent appearances on Never Mind The Buzzcocks have proved him to be capable of fast and funny quips as well.

The stand-up comedian launched himself onto the Edinburgh stage with his critically acclaimed debut sell-out show Amongst Other Things in 2011.

He followed this up with two nominations for the main Foster's Edinburgh Comedy Award, with Prompt in 2012 and Lawnmower in 2013.

In 2014 he was nominated yet again for the best comedy show at Edinburgh.

Off stage he has his own series James Acaster's Findings for BBC Radio 4 and also regularly features on XFM with Josh Widdicombe.

James’ television appearances include Russell Howard's Good News, Dave's One Night Stand, Live at The Comedy Store and the Edinburgh Fest Comedy Gala.

Heralded by critics, Paul Foot’s previous tours have been showered with five star reviews and nominations.

His subversive, insightful absurdity constantly challenges and delights his faithful connoisseurs.

His most recent TV credits include BBC1’s Would I Lie To You, BBC2’s Never Mind The Buzzcocks and Comedy Central’s The Alternative Comedy Experience.

Don’t miss your chance to see these comic geniuses at work.

James Acaster is appearing at the Artrix on Thursday, October 23 at 8.00pm.

Paul Foot presents Hovercraft Symphony in Gammon # Major at the venue on Thursday, October 30 at 8.00pm.
