FOLLOWING the success of a training course in Tardebigge last year the Mindfulness Association is again offering an in depth training in the form of meditation.
Spread over four weekends, starting in September at Tardebigge Community Hall, the course is about mental wellbeing - helping to reduce stress, anxiety and depression.
Rosina Morrison, the trainer for the course said: “Mindfulness is about bringing awareness to the present moment and we enjoyed the wonderful space at Tardebigge last year.
"Being in such beautiful countryside really complemented the course. We were able to appreciate the nature around us and spend time outside with walking practices.”
The course is practical and suitable for beginners as well as those with some experience of mindfulness.
It begins on September 30 and October 1 and participants can try this weekend before committing to the whole course.
Subsequent weekends are November 25 and 26, January 20 and 21, and April 7 and 8.
