A KIDDERMINSTER Tesco Express store has re-opened this week following a refurbishment.
The Tesco Express, in Stourport Road, re-opened to customers on June 27, following a two-week refurbishment.
The store was officially re-opened by 99-year-old Edna Jones - a long-standing customer of the store.
A spokesman for the Stourport Road store said: "The store welcome's back new and old customers to visit and view the new and expanded selection of foods, particularly fresh produce.
"The staff look forward to seeing all our customers again and we have had really positive feedback about the new look of the store from customers on our opening day.
"The store is a big part of the local community and will continue to and get involved in more community initiatives in the area."
The store has had a full refurbishment including new automatic doors, new shelving, chillers and tills. New signage has also been put up outside.
