CHRISTMAS is well and truly underway at Kingfisher Shopping Centre, and this year Redditch shoppers are being treated to an array of festive-filled activities to get them in the Christmas spirit.

Extended shopping hours have been announced making it easier for shoppers to tackle their last minute Christmas shop, plus there are a whole host of different activities for families to enjoy, from seeing Charlie Monkey to meeting Santa in his Christmas grotto and even enjoying breakfast with him too.

On this Saturday as well as next Saturday there is the opportunity for families to have breakfast with Santa at Debenhams restaurant between 8am – 9am.

Tickets are available to purchase for £6 per child.

Customers will need to visit the Customer Services desk and will be asked to pay a £1 deposit upon booking, with the remaining £5 payable on arrival at the breakfast.

Kingfisher will be also be spreading a little extra Christmas cheer with the return of the gift wrapping station from Primrose Hospice until December 23.

Shoppers can choose to have their festive finds beautifully sealed and wrapped by Primrose volunteers, for a small donation to the charity.

Ken Williams, General Manager at Kingfisher, said: “We’re honoured to continue our ongoing support of Primrose Hospice.

"This year we’re proud to be working with the charity again to offer a gift wrapping service. We hope our shoppers will make great use of this, which in turn will raise important funds for the work Primrose do in our community.

“We’re sure that Kingfisher shoppers will enjoy the extensive offering that is available to them this festive season, and we would like to take this opportunity to wish all of our customers a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year."
