THREE Worcester men are on a mission to change the way people think about their body through an Instagram feed which is gaining hundreds of followers a day.

Adam Probert and Josh Birbeck, both 26 and Jack Dent, 22, set up @adam___eats in June with the aim of inspiring positive body image through healthy eating.

In just four months, the account has over 10,000 followers and continues to grow daily.

The Adam Eats feed shares recipes, tips on what foods can be substituted for healthier alternatives, and photos of meals which have been crafted to make people feel happier on the inside.

Adam said: “We’ve reached far more people than we hoped we would by this stage – including Love Island’s Gabby, who is coming round for the Adam Eats experience later this month."

He added: "Both men and women are constantly bombarded with images of how we ‘should’ look. It does no good to our collective self-esteem.”

Whilst Adam Eats keeps them busy, all three founders have day jobs – Adam is a foreign exchange broker, Josh works for a design agency, and Jack is an account executive at a London PR firm.

As well as attracting celebrities to sample their recipes, the trio have taken their business model to the market, collaborating with some of the biggest brands in the health food industry.
