DOGS rescued from Romania are looking for new homes.

Dogs from the Jordan Bear Charity based in Droitwich which specialises in lurcher and greyhound rescue are now available for adoption.

Hope is a black cross breed girl, small in size and around three and a half years old.

‘Hope’ is a nervous dog, however, once her trust has been gained she is a loving and loyal girl and she is good with other dogs and cats.

Hope would suit a quiet and calm environment where she could live indoors, with a garden for her daily needs. She would benefit from another dog for company.

Freda is 8-10 years old, small and weighs in at 5 kg and is believed to be a Blenheim Cavalier King Charles Spaniel cross, rescued from a bus stop when she was kicked out of a block of flats.

She is good with people, other dogs and with cats.

She wants to be with someone all the time and would therefore suit an older person looking for a loving companion.

Ethan is described as a "great big cuddle monster" who is very intelligent and highly receptive.

Although he looks like a puppy, Ethan is, at almost 15 months old and almost fully grown.

Ethan is blind in his right eye, as the result of being run over and his neck is very sensitive; he would benefit from being walked on a harness rather than a lead.

The other three dogs are yet to arrive and little information is known about them.

Faith' is 5 years old, has lived in a home and is good with children, cats and other dogs, Fidgit' is 8 months old and small and Fortune is 7 months old, small and described as 'very loving'.
