DROIWICH-based SPArkles WI play host to “The Hat Lady”, otherwise known as Caroline Butcher from Creations by Caroline in Droitwich High Street.
Caroline talked about the history of hats before explaining how she hand makes hats, fascinators and hatinators in her workroom.
It was a perfect opportunity for members to try on hats and get advice on headgear for forthcoming weddings and other social events.
SPArkles WI meets monthly on the first Thursday of the month (excluding August) and welcomes new members.
