RECENT meetings have ranged from making greetings cards to an interesting talk from Tim Bridges on Victorian and Edwardian buildings in the West Midlands.
We followed this up with a visit to Birmingham to look at the architecture, described by Tim with lunch at the Old Joint Stocks.
In the summer, we have organised a guided tour of Forge Mill Needle Museum in Redditch, and talks in the autumn will include ‘The History of Underwear’ and dementia awareness.
