COULD drivers who go through the crossroads at the top of town, where Stourbridge Road, Birmingham Road and Market Street meet, please note that it is not exempt from the Highway Code, and that you should still a) not stop your car on the pedestrian crossing areas; b) not continue driving over pedestrian crossing areas whilst people – including children – are still crossing; and c) not glare maliciously at annoyed pedestrians if you, the driver, are in the wrong.
If you cannot abide by the Highway Code and drive with care and responsibility, get off our roads.
