I would like everyone to know of the excellent and most generous customer service that I received in Asda Bromsgrove on Friday, May 7.
Richard Harrison, the services manager, helped me to avoid a major crisis at my friend’s wedding.
I had been put in charge of decorating the room for the reception and with five hours until the ceremony was due to start, the helium for the balloons still hadn’t arrived.
In a frantic attempt to find a helium canister somewhere in Bromsgrove I entered Asda. Richard, who listened to my plight, came to my rescue and agreed to fill the helium balloons for me. I wouldn’t like to envisage what would have happened had he not agreed to this.
Once again I would like to say thank you to all the colleagues at Asda who helped, and to show mine and the happy couple’s gratitude for the wonderful customer service I received I have made a donation to their wonderful Tickled Pink campaign.
