Quaynor’s quality quartet quashes Warriors

MEADOW Park under-11s got off to a fantastic start in their first game of the Central Warwickshire League with an 8-0 home win against Bournville Warriors.
Alex Quaynor bagged four goals, while Liam Webber, Curtis Turner and Archie Fulcher also hit the back of the net.
Warriors also conceded an own goal and Harvey Benbow was man-of-the-match.
- Catshill under-11s edged out Arden Forest 2-1 thanks for goals for Jamie Cox and Jonathan Troth.
n Santiago Colts Allstars under-11s defeated Kingshurst Sporting Colts 8-0 thanks to strikes by Thomas Revill (2), Joe Wathen (2), Ethan Vale, Thomas Eaton, Cassius Clapham and Josh Donaughty.
Lucas Percy (3), Tom Hobbis (2) and Charlie Day scored as Santiago Colts Knights saw off VA Bene 6-2.
Colts’ under-16s defeated Sporting Athletic 5-2 thanks to goal for Joshua Brent, Daniel Wintle, Ryan Kulas, Charley Hood and Louis Finnerty. Declan Kings was man-of-the-match.
Santiago Colts Shamrocks beat West Hagley East 2-1 in round one of the League Trophy, with George Hodgetts and Connor Rushton scoring.
Jamie Inman bagged a goal as Santiago Colts Rednal drew 1-1 with Phoenix Rangers. Josh Phillips was man-of-the-match.
In the under-14s, the Colts were edged out 8-7 in extra-time by Quinton United. Man-of-the-match Shane Robinson (5) and Emanuel Price (2) hit the back of the net.
Tom Fellows got all three goals as below-par Santiago Colts Superstars went down 4-3 to Football Futures.
Santiago Colts Crusaders went down 4-2 to Bournville Warriors 4-2, despite goals for Regan Jennings and Reece Brown.
In the under-13s, Chris Henwood scored and James McCoy was man of the match as Colts lost 3-1 to Blossomfield.
Santiago Colts Girls under-15s are looking for new players. Girls should be born between September 1 1998 and August 31 1999.
