DESPITE torrential rain, only one game in the Redditch and South Warwickshire Combination League was called off.

In the Premier Division, Lodge Park RA lost to South Redditch 5-2 with two goals each by Gillgallon and Daniel Gaffney and Millfield Rovers beat CBH Fasteners 3-0.

In Division One there was a goal fest with 28 goals scored, including three hat-tricks.

Redditch Town were beaten 5-3 by Studley Railway, despite a Chris Adams treble.

Winyates Wanderers beat AFC Lions 6-4 with a hat-tricks from Jamie Taylor of AFC Lions and Winyates' Rob Steward.

Redditch Cross beat Coldstream 2-1 and Royal Oak Alcester beat Redolence Park 4-3.

In the internal cup matches, OKH Sporting Dynamo are in round three of the BSA Cup after beating Beoley Village 5-1.

Red Lion secured a place in round three of the Studley Charity Cup by beating New Woodland Cottage 3-1.
