STRIKER Jason Cowley has become the first ever Bromsgrove Sporting player to sign a contract with the club.
The Rouslers have moved to secure Cowley until the end of the 2017/18 season following a host of fine performances, including two goals in the FA Vase win over Manor Farm last Saturday.
Cowley is the first player to sign a contract with Bromsgrove Sporting since the club was formed in 2009. He is also the first ever player Paul Smith has signed in his managerial career.
After signing, chairman Mike Burke said: "This is a great day for Bromsgrove Sporting and we are delighted that a player of Jason's quality has committed himself to the club until the end of next season"
