FECKENHAM finally returned to action this week having not played a competitive game since December 23.

The Millers made the most of their return to the fray with a 3-2 win at Moors Academy to remain fourth in Midland League Division Two.

Feckenham fired themselves into a 1-0 lead by half time after dangerman Jake Donnelly had been brought down and Umit Eminoglu stepped up to score from the penalty spot.

But Feckenham had to thank goalkeeper Josh Goddard for keeping them in front at the break after he pulled off a point blank save.

The second half saw Moors go 2-1 in front after they cashed in on a couple of Feckenham defensive errors.

But Feckenham battled their way back onto level terms when substitute George Tolley slotted home from a Eminoglu corner.

Another reaction save from Goddard kept Moors at bay before Donnelly broke through to seal the points.

The Millers attempt to stage their long-running Worcester Junior Cup semi-final against Droitwich Spa this Saturday.

This match has already fallen victim on several occasions to postponements but the Millers are confident Saturday's contest at The Entaco, Studley Sports and Social Club will go ahead.

Kick off time is at 2pm with the winners set to meet Fairfield Villa in the final.
