AROUND 100 youngsters were bowled over by the chance to play cricket when this summer’s All Stars programme began at Droitwich Spa.
Droitwich has recorded the second highest uptake in the country for the ECB initiative which is aimed at providing children with a fun introduction to the sport.
Those in attendance had the chance to participate in batting, bowling and fielding activities and meet Twinkle, the All Stars mascot.
