A fine one hundred and forty five run opening partnership between Nick Leighton (78) and Ed Oliver (54) led current Division Two First XI table toppers Bromyard to victory against Enville.

The Herefordshire outfit are now ten points clear of Bredon who moved into second place after Martin Hill scored 71 to help them beat Kempsey by a comfortable margin.

A fine run chase by Droitwich Spa saw them gain victory by three wickets at Coombs Wood who dropped to third. James Snow scored 97 for Wormelow as they overcame fourth-placed Oldswinford by seven wickets and Belbroughton remain in fifth as they chased down Himbleton's revised first innings score in a rain reduced second innings.

In the other match in the division, Old Vigornians continued on their hot streak as they bowled well to beat Bartestree by 22 runs in a mid-table encounter.
