THERE was plenty of “Brown Sauce” in the Droitwich Leisure League this week – but with some mixed results.
THE Unpredictables stayed two points clear with Perry Brown leading them home 4-1 against Inter Milager.
Russell Brown starred for struggling Slappers on Tour but couldn’t prevent them sliding to a 3-2 defeat against Next Generation.
Jogo Bonito are now in a tie for second spot but were held to a 1-1 draw by The Rocketeers despite James Field’s fine display.
This enabled Glover Allstars to join them on nine points after Ashley Haywood proved the difference in a 5-4 win over Real Madras.
Finally The Mafia weren’t the bosses this week, and followed up their fine win last time around with a 3-0 reverse against a Gaz Williams-inspired Allstar Rejects.
