HOCKEY: Droitwich Ladies posted an impressive 3-0 victory against Evesham Ladies on Saturday.
Despite the driving, freezing rain and howling wind, Droitwich began the game with some excellent flowing hockey, attacking both right and left wings of the Evesham defence.
Just reward for their efforts came with the ball being fed through to Caroline Siddle who neatly slipped it past the Evesham keeper.

An attack down the right saw Droitwich pass the ball fluently from defence into the opposition area and with a superb pass from the right from Keely Hawkes, Siddle was there to notch her second.
After a very well struck shot at goal by Sue Williams, from a short corner, Droitwich Ladies were 3-0 up and the score remained the same throughout the second-half.
