FIRST team boss Duane Darby bagged a hat-trick as Rovers lifted the Central Conference Cup with a 3-2 win over Kidderminster Harriers at the Victoria Ground last night.
Both sides fielded a number of first team players, with Darby, Chris Cornes and Chris Cotterill lining up for the Greens, while Harriers fielded former Rovers players Michael McGrath and Dean Coleman.
Brian Smikle struck for the visitors to cancel out Darby's opener, but the former Shrewsbury and Rushden man hit two more to give Rovers a 3-1 advantage.

Smikle then added a consolation for Kidderminster.
Rovers' Central Conference coach Dave Connell said: "We played very tight at the back after an elementary mistake for the equaliser. But we battled well.
"Duane Darby took his three goals very well, worked his socks off and led by example."
