TWO goals in each half sent a young Rovers side crashing out of the Worcestershire Senior Cup last night.
Neil Davis, Lucan Spittle and Jamie Petty were the only first team regulars selected by Rod Brown for the clash with his former club.
It took just 65 seconds for the youthful line-up to discover the difficulty of the task facing them when Howard Forinton gave the Reds the lead.

He tucked home from close range after Danny Spencer flicked on Danny Edwards' corner.
And the Blue Square North side doubled their advantage after just three minutes, when James Johnson laid off to Chris Murphy who buried a left footed shot past Chris Mole.
Mole was called into action minutes later when he tipped over Spencer's snap shot, and he was alert again to foil Edwards' effort six minutes from the break.
Rovers' best chance of the first half fell to Davis who forced Danny Lewis to get down low to tip the ball around his right hand post.
The second half was much more even and substitute Shaun Maynard came close to pulling a goal back for Rovers but his shot was deflected wide.
But the Reds turned the screw in the final minutes.
Substitute Graham Deakin pounced on an error from Mole to make it 3-0 four minutes from time.
The young goalkeeper spilled an Edwards free kick and Deakin had time to control before slotting into an empty net from inside the six yard box.
Redditch confirmed their place in the next round in the last minute, when Deakin found Johnson in space and his powerful shot across goal was helped in via a deflection off two Rovers defenders.
