JUNIOR FOOTBALL: Santiago Colts Northfield under-15s took a step towards silverware as they saw off Kingshurst Sporting 3-1 to book their place in the Open Cup final.

Jordain Masidi scored from the penalty spot, while Josh Dennis and Simeon Ellis hit the back of the net.

There was also knockout progression for Santiago Colts Superstars under-11s, as they moved into the League Shield semi-final after a resounding 4-3 victory against Football Futures. Luis Wetherall (2), Jordan Price and Tom Fellows were on target.

In the under-15s, Santiago Colts Lickey made it back-to-back victories by seeing off Bordesley Rovers Minors 4-0 thanks to strikes by Daniel White (2), Joshua Brent and Charley Hood. Hadley Broom was man of the match.

Shane Robinson and Jesson Ngandu hit the back of the net as Santiago Colts under-13s saw off Bromsgrove Blades 2-0. Kieron Prichard was man of the match.

Jordan O'Donnell bagged a second half equaliser for Santiago Colts Allstars as they drew 1-1 against Bromford Lions under-10s.

Santiago Colts Green under-9s were held 1-1 by Solihull Juniors Maroon's. Evan Close scored and Tom Fowke was man of the match.

Tom Hobbis scored a hat-trick as Santiago Colts Knights under-11s drew 3-3 with leaders Glebe Farm. Ben Carolan was man of the match.

Santiago Colts Rednal under-15s drew 3-3 with Smiths Wood Boys thanks to goal for Terry Cowling, Jamie Inman and Joe Rushton.

James Waggnett was man of the match as Santiago Colts Hotshots lost 2-0 to Boldmere Falcons under-12s.

The Colts Shamrocks side lost 4-1 to Knowle in the under-11s, with Connor Porter on target.

Santiago Colts under-16s went down 4-0 to Hampton Sports, Luke Astley was man of the match.

The Colts under-12s lost 6-1 to Olton Ravens, with Callum Gasson scoring and Elliott Biggs man of the match.

Westbury Celtic under-11s remain on course for a league and cup double after a 3-0 win over Lenches in the Ambassador League.

Top scorer Charlie Quinn and Declan Rawlings hit the back of the net, while Lenches also conceded an own goal. Alistair Russell was man of the match.

Catshill under-11s cruised into the semi-finals of the League Cup by trouncing higher ranked Broadway United 8-1, thanks to Jacob Wakeling’s five goal haul.

Elliott Ward, Louis Barnes and Milton Bowers also scored.

Dylan Wilcock bagged the only goal of the game as Bromsgrove Blades under-12s made it six wins in a row by edging out Sheldon Royals.
