MEADOW Park under-10s won their first silverware as they saw off Leigh and Bransford Badgers 2-0 to secure the Talbot Page-Jones Memorial Shield at Malvern Town’s Langland Stadium.

Jamie Thomas’ brace made the team’s cup dream come true, while Alex Quaynor was player-of-the-match.

Meadow Park’s under-16s girls team ran out 5-2 winners against Redditch United.

Lucy Shaw bagged her eighth hat-trick of the season, while Alice Bowles scored twice.

Catshill under-10s keeper Joshua Keight was in good form his team drew 0-0 with Phoenix United.

Player-of-the-match Jonathan Troth caused plenty of problems for Phoenix, while David Gwynn also came close to breaking the deadlock.

Francesco Chiariello was player-of-the-match for Westbury Celtic under-11s, who drew 1-1 against Shipston Excelsior.

Ben Kirkham’s strike opened the scoring but Celtic were pegged back by a free-kick.

Santiago Colts Northfield under-15s defeated Shenley Raford 6-0 in the Central Warwickshire Premier League, with player-of-the-match Kory Roberts (2), Liam Baxter, Simeon Ellis, Freedie Hicks and Josh Dennis on target.

Player-of-the-match Chris Henwood hit the target as Colts’ under-12s drew 1-1 with Shelden Royal Hawks.

Daniel Wintle goal was in vain as Santiago Colts Lickey under-15s went down 2-1 to Highgate Unoted.

Santiago Colts Greens under-9s lost 7-2 to Solihull Juniors Navy. Kian Ward was player-of-the-match, while Evan Close and Joe Parker hit the back of the net.

Depleted Santiago Colts Girls fell to a 7-0 defeat against Sedgeley White Lions.
