MEADOW Park under-11s booked their place in the Open Cup final as they produced a spirited fight back to see off Ulverley Hawks Black 7-4 on Sunday.

The Bromsgrove team battled back from 2-0 down to win a goal-laden encounter before falling 4-2 behind.

Once again, Park battled on and after equalising they roared to past their opponents.

Alex Quaynor was the hero as he bagged an impressive five goal haul.

Meanwhile, Catshill under-9s invited West Bromwich Albion assistant manager Keith Downing to a training session and raised £150 for Sport Relief.

With seven teams for next season and more in the pipeline Catshill are on the lookout for new players and sponsors for these teams.

Santiago Colts under-11s Allstars got the better of Kingshurst Sporting 6-0 to seal the CWYFL League title.

Joe Wathan bagged four goals, while Titch Smith and Thomas Revill completed the scoring.

Nicki Lawrence scored a hat-trick, while Sophie Hatton, Keron Mambonzo and Poppy Ellis also hit the back of the net as Santiago Girls under-12s defeated Kewford Eagles North 6-0.

There were goals for Yolando McBride (3), Izzy Millington (2) and Chloe Dossiter as Santiago Colts saw off Halas Hawks 6-1.

Santiago Colts under-12s Shamrocks got the better of West Hagley South 5-0, with Chris Geraghty, Connor Ruston, George Fowke, Matty McFall and Rebecca Challinor scoring.

Man of the match Harrison Bates bagged a brace as Santiago under-10s Green saw off Kingshurst Sporting 4-1.

Santiago Colts under-13s got the better of Sporting 4-1 with doubles for Chris Henwood and James McCoy.

Tom Finn and Jamie Inman scored, while Connor Micklewright was man of the match as Santiago Colts under-16s went down 4-2 to Ulverley Hawks.

Liam Mitchell & Lucas Percy shared the MVP award as the Santiago Colts under-12s Knights lost 2-0 to West Hagley East.

Joey Carey earned the man of the match award as Santiago Colts under-11s Superstars were beaten 7-0 by Redditch Eagles.
