A FIVE strong squad from Bromsgrove Swimming Club took part in the Ickle People Open Meet, hosted by Wolverhampton Masters.

Michael Bray was in good form as he bagged three golds and four silvers.

He finished second in the 100m and achieved a county qualifying time and was also runner-up in the 50m backstroke.

He also swam to victory for a gold medal in the 100m breaststroke, setting a county time and personal best and was second in the 50m freestyle.

Michael finished off the meeting with victory in the 200m individual medley, with another county time.

Connor Bray was second in the 50m backstroke with a PB in the nine-year-old age section.

He enjoyed more success with PBs in the 100m breaststroke,the 50m breatstroke and 50m freestyle.

Jasmine Kilmartin bagged county times and PBs in the 200m IM and 100m backstroke, while Sebastian Perry was eighth in the 11yo section.

Kilmartin also sew a new PB in the 100m freestyle and came seventh in the 50m backstroke.

Luke Jones recorded a new PB in the 100m breaststroke in the 10yo section, came eighth in the 50m breaststroke.
