BROMSGROVE Swimming Club enjoyed success at the all-day Worcester County Development Meet held at Wolverhampton Central Baths.

Seventeen members competed in 65 races between them, with some younger swimmers taking part in the first-ever open meet.

Madison Allard, Bromley Arnold, Connor Bray, Michael Bray, Abigail Draycott, Felicity Gee, Tristan Gee, James Hall, Isobel Jarrett, Luke Jones, Jasmine Kilmartin, Ellie Mansell, Ella Mayo-Higgins, Isla Neale, Mille Ryall, Joshua Thorley and Ruby Willock-Pickering all acquitted themselves well.

Eleven medals and 39 personal were achieved throughout the day.

Tristan Gee was on excellent form winning silver in the 50m backstroke and 100m medley and bronze for 50 metre and 100m breaststroke in his age group.

Gee reached the skins final for being in the top eight for the 100m medley and finished in third place out of the eight finalists.

Jasmine Kilmartin won a silver medal for the 100m medley.

Bronze medals were won by Madison Allard (50m freestyle), Connor Bray (100m breaststroke), Michael Bray (50m breaststroke), Felicity Gee (50m butterfly) and Joshua Thorley (100m backstroke).
