FAIRFIELD Villa face Midland League Two defending champions Alvis Sporting Club in Coventry this Saturday with what will prove a full dress rehearsal for their President's Cup Final which is scheduled to take place next month.
Alvis are currently chasing a league and cup double but Villa are determined to throw a spanner into the works.
Villa spokesman Paul Oakes claimed: "We usually play well against Alvis. We had them watched last Saturday in their top of the table clash with Droitwich and know what to expect."
The cup final will take place on Tuesday, May 9 at Stourport Swifts Walshes Meadow ground.
