Warriors.

6 Pennell – shook off the disappointment of missing his first two kicks with a penalty from long range but was not his usual reliable self.

7 HEEM – was Warriors’ most dangerous runner on a sorry evening, asking questions of Bath’s defence and almost scored in the corner. My man of the match.

5 Willison – came close to going over before Denton struck but his contribution was fleeting in attack and was brushed aside by Cook in the lead up to Watson’s try.

6 Mills – did brilliantly to set up Humphreys for a try towards the end, but it was too little too late as the centre spent too much time on the back foot.

6 Adams – his phenomenal try-scoring run came to an end as he did not see as much of the ball as he would have liked but was lively when he did get hold of it.

5 Olver – a disappointing day at the office for the fly-half who does not lack in bravery but Bath still exploited his channel.

5 Hougaard – not at his best at the moment as he missed a couple of tackles and did not give Warriors the direction they needed.

6 Waller – a decent night’s work from the prop who fronted up well in the scrum as Warriors won all three from their own put-in and secured one against the head.

7 Singleton – difficult to knock the hooker who tackled hard and continually found his man at the line-out as Worcester’s set-piece ran smoothly.

6 Milasinovich – like his front row colleagues he was solid in the tight areas but his opposite Thomas was a class above in the loose, carrying strongly for Bath.

6 O’Callaghan – lasted the full 80 minutes but the veteran lock’s decisions to go for scrums at the start of the second half came back to haunt him.

6 Spencer – returning to the side, the second row failed to give his side enough front-foot ball and was hobbling when he left the field.

6 Denton – his efforts in the loose were rewarded with a try, but will be disappointed with his defensive showing, missing more tackles (4) than any other player.

7 Lewis – not a faultless display as he conceded a couple of turnovers but was dogged throughout as Worcester battled until the end.

6 van Velze – was overshadowed by Bath’s number eight Mercer who was one of the stand out performers on the night.
