WORCESTERSHIRE wrapped up a comprehensive 257-run victory over Middlesex on the final day of the four-day Second XI encounter at New Road.
Middlesex resumed on 150-5 chasing an unlikely 502 for victory and were bowled out for 244.
Opener Stephen Eskinazi added only five to his overnight 52 not out before being trapped lbw by Ed Barnard.
Then Brett D’Oliveira took two of the remaining four wickets to complete an impressive all-round match.
The Leg-spinner returned 3-29 in the Middlesex second innings to give him match figures of 30-11-58-7.
He also scored 111 runs in the opening role including 94 in Worcestershire’s second innings.
Alex Hepburn also had a fine game with the bat, scoring 160 runs for just once out including 113 in the County’s first innings while George Rhodes continued his excellent start to the campaign.
Barnard and Chris Russell both finished the second innings with two wickets and there was one each for skipper Joe Leach, century-maker Ross Whiteley and Rhodes.
