LEWIS Jacqueline Mary (Jackie) Passed away peacefully at home after a long battle on Thursday 22nd August 2013. Loving wife of Ralph, much loved mother to Carmen and the late Ralph mother in law to Hayley. Adored by grandchildren Thomas, Chloe, Luke and Sophie and a cherished sister to John and sister in law Jan. The family rock has gone to heaven.
