COLE Hazel Jean Passed away peacefully at home on 3rd February 2019, aged 91. Reunited with her beloved husband Alf. Sadly missed by her sons David and Paul, Daughter in Law Marie, Granddaughter Charlotte, family and friends. Hazel's funeral service will take place at Redditch Crematorium on Tuesday 5th March 2019 at 11.45 a.m. Family flowers only please, donations if desired for Acorns Children's Hospice may be sent care of R L Rea Funeral Directors Ltd., 17 Rock Hill, Bromsgrove, B61 7LL 01527 831723
