CHARLES FRANKLIN HOWES Aged 95 years. Passed away on Thursday 21st November 2019 at home in Bromsgrove. Loving husband to Sheila. Dearest Dad to Wendy, Angela and Sally. A special Grandad to Faye, Reece and Gabriel. Charles will be sadly missed by all his family and friends. A Service for Charles will take place at Redditch Crematorium on Monday 16th December 2019 at 12.30pm.
