TONY HOOPER (ANTHONY) Former Treasurer of Bromsgrove District Council. Loving Husband of Winifred Jean (Jean). A much loved Dad, Papa and Great Papa Died peacefully on Wednesday, 16th September 2020, aged 89 years. With grateful thanks to the Ambulance Service who were fantastic.

A true legend. Will be greatly missed by the three of us. James was fortunate enough to have met you a few times. I'm sure he'll remember you.
