BRADLEY Hazel (Nee Chance) Peacefully passed away on November 26th 2021 aged 79 years. She will be greatly missed by her loving family and all who knew her. The funeral will take place at Redditch Crematorium on December 23rd 2021 at 10.15. flowers are welcome or donations if preferred to Dementia UK. All enquiries to George Crump & Son 01905 773339
