Two lanes of the M5 were closed last night following a “serious” crash near Droitwich.
National Highways West Midlands said the crash involved one vehicle and happened on the northbound carriageway between junction 5 for Droitwich and junction 4A for the M42.
The agency added that West Mercia Police attended the incident as well as its own officers.
At 1am today, National Highways said investigation and recovery work had been completed and all lanes had been reopened.
