WE have compiled a list of some of the best Easter events happening throughout Worcestershire over this bank holiday weekend.
From theatre to Easter Egg hunts, this list is sure to give you plenty of inspiration for events to attend.
The Worcester Passion Play will be performed tomorrow, Good Friday (April 15) in Cathedral Square.
The open-air performance will detail the story of the day that Jesus was arrested, tried and crucified before rising from the dead on Easter Sunday.
The event is free to attend and will begin at 10.30am.
At The Commandery in Worcester, a variety of Easter activities throughout the Easter holidays have been planned for the month.
There’s an Easter egg hunt with chocolate prizes, as well as art design & colouring activities.
The events have been running from Saturday 9 and will be continuing until Sunday 24 April.
An Easter egg hunt is being held at Worcester Norton Cricket Club.
The egg hunt challenges participants to search for clues to win prizes. The event also includes Easter crafts, hot cross buns, teas, coffees and bacon and sausage rolls.
From Good Friday to Easter Monday, children are able to compete in another giant Easter egg hunt where prizes will be awarded at Hartlebury Castle.
The hunt will be accompanied by Easter-themed storytelling in the Carriage Circle between 12pm and 2pm.
The whole event will be lasting from 11am to 4pm across all weekend, with more information available at hartleburycastle.com.
A bird box building event is coming to Worcester this weekend.
The team behind the Worcester Community Garden, are hosting the event this Saturday at the community garden, Old North Stables, Pitchcroft.
The community garden helps teach how to grow, harvest, process, cook and eat your own healthy, seasonal food sustainably.
The event will teach all those in attendance how to build a bird box for your garden.
All are welcome to attend the event, which is also free admission.
The event will begin at 10.30am on Saturday (April 16).
A production of Alice in Wonderland is being held at Bewdley Museum on Sunday, April 17.
Same Difference Arts are bringing an interactive retelling of the classic children's tale to families.
Two shows are being held from noon to 1pm and 2.30pm – 3.30pm.
