Our purpose-built schemes are modern and stylish places for people who are age 55 plus. We offer a range of bedsits, one bedroom and two-bedroom apartments. In some locations we also offer bungalows. Our homes benefit from having 24- hour emergency call system which gives you the peace of mind that someone is available at the push of a button to contact family, friends or the emergency services.

Our schemes have spacious communal lounges and kitchens for customers to enjoy and have the opportunity to take part in activities. Your family and friends can visit you at any time and some of our schemes have guest bedrooms which can be reserved at a small cost for family and friends to stay with you.

The staff at Platform will be onsite throughout the week to maintain the day-to-day running of the scheme and help with any housing related issues. They can also help you access minor aids and adaptations, to help you remain independent in your own home. You can sit back and enjoy your own company in the luxury of your own apartment or you can engage in any activities that take place on scheme.

Platform Housing offer modern stylish villages across the country. Some of our villages have, restaurants cinema rooms, libraries, craft rooms and other facilities to make use of. All villages have extensive grounds to enjoy.

Our purpose-built schemes are modern and stylish places for people who are age 55 plus or 60 in certain villages. We offer a range of one bedroom and two-bedroom apartments. Our apartments benefit from having 24-hour emergency call system which gives you the peace of mind that someone is available at the push of a button to contact family, friends or the emergency services.

Our villages have spacious communal lounges and kitchens for customers to enjoy and have the opportunity to take part in activities. Your family and friends can visit you at any time and some of our villages have guest bedrooms which can be reserved at a small cost for family and friends to stay with you.

The staff will be on hand throughout the week, in some villages there is 24 hours staff and other larger villages on site care teams to provide emergency support and additional care if assessed as needed by the Local authority.
