Offas Green is set on the Welsh Borders, on the fringe of the pretty rural village of Norton which is set midway between the towns of Knighton and Presteigne. The village itself has a strong community feel with the market town of Presteigne only two miles south where a good range of amenities can be found and also hosts a number of festivals throughout the year. The town of Knighton also provides a good range of amenities but also benefits from a train station with a Heart of Wales line running through to Swansea.

This well presented detached bungalow commands an elevated corner plot on a peaceful select development on the fringes of the village. The bungalow itself offers fully double-glazed and mains gas centrally heated accommodation and is approached from the driveway by a recessed double-glazed front door opening to a good sized 'L' shaped reception hallway. Doors then lead off to a lovely family living room with feature coal effect gas fire with marble hearth and back with stone carved surround and double-glazed bay window overlooking the front gardens. The kitchen/dining room is well appointed with a range of matching base and wall cupboards with further cupboard space to the dining area, including display cabinet and plate shelf. The kitchen offers a range of appliances to include an electric double-oven and grill at easy height, 4-ring gas hob, integrated dishwasher and fridge-freezer and planned space for washing machine. There is a double-glazed window over the sink looking out to the gardens to the rear, with the room then opening out to the dining area with attractive wood effect flooring throughout. From the kitchen area, a door leads through to the conservatory addition to the side which overlooks the gardens and has double-glazed windows set on a raised brick plinth with polycarbonate roof and double-glazed doors to the front and rear elevations.

The master bedroom is located to the rear of the property and has a double-glazed window overlooking the gardens and benefits from an en-suite shower room with the second bedroom also a double bedroom with double-glazed window to the front elevation. The family bathroom comprises a panelled bath with separate shower over, low flush w.c. and hand wash basin.

Outside, the bungalow is set in a pleasant elevated position in this quiet small development on the fringes of the village. There is a tarmacadam splayed driveway to the front providing ample parking and turning area with the front garden of a good size and laid principally to lawn with a feature Willow Tree. The driveway in turn leads to the Attached Double Garage measuring 17'6 x 16'0 (5.34m x 4.88m) with electric up and over double door, power and lighting fitted, window to the rear elevation and personal door giving access to the same. There is secure gated access to either side of the property giving access to the gardens to the rear which have been attractively landscaped to include a flagged patio area directly to the back of the property which continues around to the side of the conservatory and provides a pleasant outside seating/dining area taking advantage of the lovely rural views over the neighbouring property. The gardens are laid principally to lawn with some mature floral and shrub borders with a brick retaining wall to the rear with steps up to a number of attractive floral and shrub beds. There are some mature ornamental trees and lawned terraced areas with a timber-framed shed and greenhouse also included.
