Situation: The Garden House is a charming property tucked away off the main street in its own tranquil oasis. Circa 1713, there is an old rustic charm that shows as you enter through the stone walls, with ample parking in front of the property.

The property is accessed via the reception hall and leads left towards the dining room and full glass floor to ceiling windows, providing an abundance of light into the room, featuring a log burner in front of exposed brick at one end. Next door is the light and bright kitchen, which is functional and well-balanced with a necessary provision of storage space and an oil fired Nobel range as the feature to the room. The kitchen also provides access to the garden.

Next door is the dual aspect sitting room which provides a walk-in cupboard for storage and stairs to the first floor vaulted walkway. Further beyond is the drawing room featuring a log burner with French windows opening out to the garden.

Upstairs, there is a vaulted walkway connecting the two sides of the property. With a master bedroom suite at one end, where the bedroom has a window looking out across the gardens, fitted cupboards and a split en suite, either side of the passageway. At the other end, there is a good size family bathroom opposite the third bedroom and next door is a large dual aspect double bedroom.

The former tennis court is now an easily maintained country garden, with a large terraced area nearly spanning the length of the property, also featuring a stunning Laburnum walk. The garden has a Bamboo gazebo with electricity connected with seating for six to nine people. Further there is a paddock to the rear which would provide a suitable space for ponies or sports activities.

The added extra is that there is also potential to extend the property further with part of the barn which has planning permission for a further four bedroom property to be created or incorporated within The Garden House. In total this property could become a seven bedroom home.
