Ledgemoor is situated on the outskirts of the black and white village of Weobley, which is perhaps one of the most sought after and picturesque villages in the county of Herefordshire. The village is renowned locally for having a thriving village community and is especially popular with tourists and walkers within the summer months. Weobley has a wealth of local amenities including shops, post office, butchers, restaurants and pubs also benefitting from primary and secondary schooling. The village is located approximately 9 miles from the market town of Leominster and 11 miles from Hereford, where a variety of additional shopping, recreational and educational facilities can be found.

Bar Area

A door behind the bar opens to a storage area. From the bar there is an opening to the dining room which has two windows to the front including a bay window with views over the countryside, a fireplace with an open fire and timber beams. There is a storage room to one side and access to the kitchen the other. The kitchen has two steps down to the tiled floor. There are wall and base units with a stainless steel sink, space for a gas cooker, space for a dishwasher and a large window to the side. There is a porch area with a door to the rear, the utility with plumbing for a washing machine and the pantry with ample space for fridge and freezer. This room also has a useful storage cupboard. From the dining room a door opens into the inner porch which has the staircase to the first floor and a door opens to the lobby where there is access to the office and boiler room, two cloakrooms, one which has a wc and basin and the other two urinals, a wc and basin. There is also a door to the rear and double doors back to the lounge.


Taking the staircase to the first floor landing there is access to all of the bedrooms and bathrooms. Bedroom one is a good double with dual aspect windows having views over the countryside beyond and an en-suite with shower cubicle, wc and basin.
