Daredevil is to return for a third series on Netflix.
The superhero show, starring British actor Charlie Cox in the lead role, has been a hit with viewers and critics since first airing on the streaming service in 2015.
It was announced during one of Marvel’s panels at Comic-Con International in San Diego that the show would return for a third season.
Charlie, who previously starred in the film Stardust and HBO’s Boardwalk Empire, plays Matt Murdock, a blind lawyer whose alter ego Daredevil fights crime at night.
Daredevil season two was released in March 2016, relatively soon after the critically-acclaimed opening season. The second series saw the introduction of popular characters The Punisher (Jon Bernthal) and Elektra Natchios (Elodie Yung).
A release date for the third series is yet to be confirmed.
