THE Artrix in Bromsgrove is gearing up for the festive season with no less than five family pantomimes and a number of productions over the holiday period.
The venue also has lots of family films, weekly courses and workshops for young people, one-off workshops for young people and the usual festive crafternoon, taking place on December 23.

The Artrix has a full programme of adult courses and workshops including adult ballet and freestyle jazz dance, comedy, belly dancing, SongStars Showchoir and life drawing.
It is also marking Shakespeare’s 450th birthday with a production of Macbeth and schools’ performances of Romeo and Juliet which Madcap Theatre are staging on April 4.
A spokesman said: "Do get in touch if there’s something you’d like and we’ll see what we can do. School groups and educational visits are welcomed, just get in touch to arrange a time. We can also offer in-school drama session and assemblies."
